Q: How does delivery work?
A: Because we want to be as sustainable and environmentally friendly as possible, neighborhoods will have specific delivery days to cut down on our carbon footprint. This way we are also able to deliver the freshest flowers as well.
Q: Can I choose when my flowers are delivered?
A: Because we want to leave as little impact on the Earth as possible, each neighborhood will have a designated delivery day. This way our delivery vehicles are not criss-crossing the region every day. We can’t guarantee exactly when we’ll arrive on your doorstep, but contact us if you have a specific time constraint.
Q: Will my flowers always arrive on the same day?
A: When you sign up for a subscription, you will have a designated delivery day that cannot be changed. But there will be rare instances, like when your delivery day falls on a major holiday or in other circumstances, when your blooms will need to be dropped off on another day. We will always notify you in advance of any schedule changes.
Q: What if no one is home when my flowers are delivered?
A: We would love to hand your flowers to you, but if you are not home, we are able to leave them on your doorstep or with a neighbor if you prefer. We will always leave flowers in a container of water; however, the condition of the flowers cannot be guaranteed under these conditions due to outside factors beyond our control — like weather and animals.
Q: Can I choose the flowers in my bouquet?
A: In order to cut down on waste, we cannot accommodate substitutions or special requests. Because we are committed to using flowers that are locally grown and in season, each bouquet will be made with beautiful blooms that are available at that time.
