Sometimes when somebody asks me how my weekend was, I blank out for a minute trying to remember all the things we did. 🤔 Life can be so hectic these days with activities, responsibilities, holidays and everything else! It’s no wonder self-care can fall by the wayside, but today I want to expand a bit on another one of the reasons our flower subscriptions just make sense: they’re convenient!
Take 1 thing off your to-do list
One of the best ways to simplify your mile-long to-do list is to let others take things off your plate, and what better place to start than flowers? There’s no need to worry about making an extra stop to get flowers when you’re a subscriber with Bloom (plus you get the added benefit of knowing your flowers will always be the most sustainable ones available — local flowers!).
We work with you
Summer is coming up, and if you have big travel plans (or are just thinking about heading out of town for a couple days), let us know and we’ll happily adjust your delivery schedule! You can pause your subscription or gift that bouquet to a friend in the area to show them some environmentally friendly love.
Taking care of your flowers
There’s also no need to rearrange your day to be home right when your flower delivery arrives. Since our bouquets are always carefully hand-delivered and left in water (using upcycled containers like cans and jars), your flowers will stay beautiful as long as possible. (Of course, once we start getting those truly scorching Sacramento summers, it will be best to bring your flowers inside as quickly as possible!)
Put yourself first
When your schedule is as hectic as what I’ve been describing here, it can be easy to let self-care fall by the wayside. But when you have a set-it-and-forget-it flower subscription, you know you’ll always have a wonderful reminder of your own worth close by. You’ll be removing one more barrier to self-care by letting us rotate your home or office through the various fresh flowers of different seasons.
Thanks for reading! I hope you are doing something kind for yourself today!
