Show your love this Valentine’s Day with two different types of simple, thoughtful, and sustainable flowers! You can choose from premium, sustainable garden roses grown just down the road in Salinas, or (for the first time ever) beautiful Valentine’s Day tulips grown right here in Sacramento!

Roses

These luxurious garden roses make for a truly stunning display when they open, and will have your recipient talking for days. Garden roses are delicate, soft and layered with a beautiful smell. They are grown by Green Valley Floral, a sustainable and third generation family-owned flower farm down the road in Salinas.

Tulips

The weather this year has been much warmer than usual, which has led to us having our own Sacramento-grown tulips available earlier than ever. This means you can benefit by having very, very local flowers for Valentine’s Day!

Each bouquet will feature tulips of a single color, but those colors will vary from one bouquet to another. Varieties and colors may differ from the photo based on availability.

Hand Delivery

No matter which flowers you choose, they will be wrapped in paper and hand-delivered by our staff. If no one answers the door, we always leave the flowers in an upcycled jar or can of water so nothing dries out!

Add on a subscription

Keep the gift going! Add on a three-month flower subscription and we’ll deliver a wrapped bouquet of fresh, local flowers once per month, in March, April and May! Read more about our local flower subscriptions.

Want to add a note?

If you’d like us to include a hand-written note for no additional charge, just write what you’d like it to say in the notes field at checkout. Or, elevate your bouquet with a custom calligraphy card featuring the name of your recipient for just $7.

Dates and deadlines

• Last day to order: Saturday, Feb. 7 extended to Thursday, Feb. 12
• Flowers will be delivered on Saturday, Feb. 14 (ignore the delivery date calendar at checkout — all flowers will be delivered on Valentine’s Day). The delivery charge is $20.
