Celebrate the pollinator plants that make all of this possible at Bloom’s July 13 workshop. This fundraising event will be hosted inside the Sacramento Zoo, with a portion of each ticket benefiting the organization’s mission of education and conservation.
Join us at the zoo to make a beautiful centerpiece in a vase using both California-native flowers and other locally grown flowers! You will learn about pollinator plants, which California-native flowers are good for cutting, and which make a wonderful addition to your yard. The combination of seasonal cut flowers in addition to the California-natives will create an absolutely lovely and sustainable arrangement for you to take home with you.
Your ticket includes admission to the zoo! While there, check out the zoo’s beautiful garden of California-native plants.
